The Foundation

The Heydarov Foundation is a family foundation established in the Dubai International Financial Centre. It brings together capital, institutions and charitable work in a single structure, so that what it holds is protected, passed on and put to good use.

Governance and structure

Institutional framework

The Foundation is governed by a Council, with a Guardian, under a written charter. Administration and oversight are kept separate. Decisions are taken under defined procedures and subject to regular review.
